Facebook is great for allowing people to interact on a social level but it is hard to collect and organize your Friends when it comes to Class Reunions. Reunion Manager provides you with your own specific link that you would post as a Note on your Facebook page, the reason for posting it as a Facebook Note is that it allows you to re-share it on your Wall at anytime as new messages push your original posting out of sight.
Q. Can I use my own PayPal account to collect reunion ticket sale money?
A. YES - Reunion Manager was developed specifically for this purpose. Reunion Manager does not collect any reunion ticket sale money it all goes into your own PayPal account each time a reunion ticket is sold.
Q. Can I use PayPal and sell reunion tickets in my own currency ?
A. YES - Reunion Manager will automatically tell PayPal what currency you want to use when collecting reunion ticket money. Reunion Manager can be used in over 90 different countries that PayPal is available in.
Q. Can I use the Reunion Manager for high school class reunion registrations?
A. YES - Reunion Manager is specifically designed for just such a use and is simple and easy for Alumni to use. What is even better for you as the Reunion Manager is that you use your own paypal account to collect reunion ticket sales online. The Paypal reunion pay now button is automatically set up for you so you don't need to do any paypal button coding.
Q. Can I use the Reunion Manager for multiple class year reunion registration?
A. YES - Reunion Manager is specifically designed to allow you to hold multiple class year reunion events. Each alumni registering selects their class year and the Admin Control Panel will separate these out for you. Alumni when viewing the Online Reunion Yearbook will also be able to see how many from each class are attending the reunion. The online reunion yearbook is also separated by class year.
Q. Can people register even if they can not attend the current reunion?
A. YES - you should encourage them to do so to get email announcements for future reunions.
Q. Is personal Class Reunion registration information protected?
A. YES - no one is able to see any registration information unless they have registered and have logged into the system. Even then the person registering has the ability to hide their information if they choose. People who have logged in will only be able to see other registration information for your Reunion Event only.
Q. Can I send a email message to all those who have registered?
A. YES - As the Reunion Event Manager you the ability to send out a bulk email to all those who have registered for your Reunion at any time you want even after the reunion has been marked as closed. You also have the ability to send an email to those who have registered but not yet paid only
Q. Can I use my Reunion Event Account again for our next reunion?
A. YES - You can use the Reunion Manager over and over again for all future reunion registrations, all you have to do is update the appropriate Reunion information and send out the same link you used this time. Your Reunion Event Account and Reunion Online Yearbook never expire. Your next reunion will be far easier to manage and run since you can send out invitation faster via Email. Ticket money will also be faster to collect because people are use to the system the 2nd time around.
This is why you should ask people to keep their registration account profiles updated at least once a year so you can send out a blast email to all people who have registered for your Reunion announcing new reunions.
Q. Can I set up the Reunion Manager for multiple reunion events and sell tickets to each at different prices?
A. YES - As the Reunion Manager you can have an unlimited # of Reunion Events per reunion and the Reunion Manager systems provides up to 10 different Reunion Ticket options. For example you could set up reduced couples ticket pricing, increase ticket pricing over time as an incentive for classmates to buy now, offer a T-Shirt or some other product.
An Optional data field on your class reunion registration form to collect other information you may need such as Dinner choices, T-Shirt Size/color etc...
There is a separate Donation field that can be added in which classmates can enter what ever donation amount they wish to make, you have the ability to show a suggested donation amount initially and this amount would be included in the final ticket payment.
Ability to offer a reunion ticket payment plan and can offer up to a 10 equal payment plan option.
Q. Can I set up the Reunion Manager for different ticket prices if reunion tickets purchased by certain dates?
A. YES - The Reunion Manager allows you to have up to 10 different Reunion Ticket options. each option can be hidden at any time by you. This ability allows you set up to 9 different times frames while also keeping track of tickets sold for each and money collected for each at all times.
