Reunion Manager - Free online reunion registration and payments system

The Reunion Manager is a Free On–Line Reunion Registration and Payment system created by the programmers for their own High School class reunion, it was so well received they decided that others Alumni organizations holding a reunion events might want to use it as well.

The Reunion Manager is free and allows your College, High School, Club, Family or Organization Reunion to accept online registrations and payments for your upcoming reunion event.
It provides for online payments via Pay Pal. If you do not want to accept on-line payments the Reunion Manager can still be used for people to register, just print out the registration form to be mail in.
If you've already sent out registration forms in the mail then enter the replies directly online and use it to manage your Reunion.

If you accept on-line payments, all payments collected are via your own Pay Pal reunion account (which you must set up separately) and are deposited into your Pay Pal account. This site has nothing to do with payment nor is it responsible for any.

If your Reunion Location has internet access there is even an option to use the Reunion Manager for onsite registrations, how cool is that uh !

Reunion Manager also provides an online Year Book feature showing those who have registered and current information and pictures if uploaded. A person who registers for your event can elect not to show personal information within the Year Book.

How to begin - Click on the Create New Reunion Event   menu button above or if you already have an event set up then just login.

The Reunion Manager is very easy to use:

Process Overview

  • You create a Free Reunion Event Manager Account.
  • Once your Event Account Manager is created you login in and on the Event Account Manager Update page there is a link for you to copy and send to your Classmates to register online.
  • Your classmates click on the link and they go directly to your Reunion Event Registration page.
  • Once they complete the Registration Form and Click Register they then login which shows a Pay Pal button for them to click to pay for Reunion tickets using their Credit Card or an E-Check.

    If they do not want to pay on line they can print out the registration form with the amount owed per ticket with all mailing instructions included - simple.

    Once they have logged in they also have access to your online Reunion Year Book which never expires, and can view others who have also registered and stay in contact over the years.

  • Once a payment is processed you receive an Email notice from Pay Pal confirming the payment.
  • Log on to your Event Account Manager and mark payment as being received.

Reunion Event Account Manager

Displays the following Event Information at a glance:

  • Total Cost for Event
  • Total Tickets that need to be sold to cover event
  • Total Tickets Sold to Date
  • # of Tickets still needed to be sold to cover Event Cost
  • # of Pay Pal Tickets Sold
  • # of Mail-in or onsite Payments Expected
  • Ttoal Amount recieved to date
  • # of Total Registrations to Date
